- Maintaining accurate customer master record including licenses, software and service contract expiration dates; shipping address; updating customer contact information in the CRM or other available tools required by the business
- Raising awareness regarding trends in customer defection and work cross-functionally to resolve issues related to potential dissatisfaction
- Recognizing and routing proactive sales opportunities to management when applicable and/or entering opportunity details into available tools required by the business.
- Advising resellers of appropriate programs (IM or Vendor) applicable to their business needs. Advising and recommending on product options, add-ons and solutions best suited for customer and their end users.
- Managing relationship with designated contacts (i.e. purchasing agents) in efforts to grow sales and maintain business partners
You'll be a great fit, if you have:
- Commercial knowledge and equivalent work experience
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- 1+ years of customer facing experience
- Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
- Understanding of IT/distribution industry and selling services is an advantage
- A customer drove approach and good customer management skills
- Effective communication skills with several levels of associates
