Upgrade your talent by:  

  • Ensuring the proper and accurate communication and information between the Employees, Corporate Management and the external payroll provider
  • Ensuring that work regulations, processes and procedures comply with current employment legislation
  • Requesting, collecting, preparing and providing all payroll relevant documentation (annexes, terminations, leave requests, time schedules, bonus letters etc) to the external payroll provider
  • Preparing different reports for payroll purposes 
  • Collecting and processing documents after recruitment (Contracts, diplomas etc.)
  • Organizing meetings and providing the new hires with labor contracts and JDs
  • Maintaining  employee files management
  • Collecting and processing leaves requests
  • Ordering and maintaining food vouchers and other benefits
  • Execution of all kinds of certificates requested by the employees
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
  • University degree in HR, Business Administration or other relevant
  • At least 1 year of general office administrative experience, preferably as an HR generalist/Employee relations expert 
  • Good knowledge of the Bulgarian employment legislation 
  • Excellent communication skills. English - B2
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office is required. Experience with Workday is an advantage
