JOB TITLE:

UC&C Account Manager

LOCATION:

Milton Keynes or home based – this is a desk based role

REPORTING TO:

Joe Casari

Customers, Business Manager, Ingram Associates

SCOPE & PURPOSE:

 

·         Scope:-

o    Drive UC&C knowledge into the existing, and new customer base across the UK. Increase sales by high levels of customer engagement throughout the UC&C ecosystem.

·         Purpose:-

o    To increase sales, improve company margins by growing relationships within the customer base, to also become proficient with Ingram Micro systems (such as CRM business performance tools) and navigation through the organisation.

PRINCIPAL TASKS OF JOB / CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management and ownership for recruiting of net new customers & activation of new and existing non-spending customers
  • Managing customer opportunities developed independently, supporting the wider IMUK sales team and ongoing marketing activities
  • Ownership for managing, updating and reporting on full business pipeline  
  • Supporting the wider business unit team of Business Manager & Product Manager
  • Proven skills to operate in a large matrix business
  • Problem-solving skills, conceptual and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral, written and listening skills
  • An ability to influence across multiple departments
  • Ability to cross sell and across multiple levels
  • Demonstrated initiative to work independently and with teams interchangeably.

·        Adopt knowledge from the UC&C vendor portfolio and articulate the value proposition into the customer base

·         Drive tactical campaigns into the customers

·         Become proficient across all UC&C vendor technologies to ensure you become the incumbent advisor to the customer

·         High level of outbound activity into the customer base to drive incremental sales

·         The ability to remote work and manage time effectively

Experience
