Responsibilities: The Product Specialist as the primary point of contact for all Cisco services related matters within the Cisco business unit will be responsible for facilitating and tracking Cisco services related requests and will be the first point of contact for escalations. The Product Specialist will act as a Cisco services champion for the extended teams (order entry, sales, pre sales, post sales, etc.) to provide guidance for problem resolution. The Product Specialist will also assist the PM team in activities that will influence business growth. The Product Specialist will regularly interact with the vendor to ensure all outstanding matters are addressed (on both sides). The role will not be limited to Cisco services and maybe called upon to assist in other Cisco technologies as the need arises. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge of: Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications (SAP, etc.), customer service principles and practices. Skill in: Data entry, communication skills, data analyzing, problem solving. Ability to: multi task and prioritize tasks, perform duties with great attention to detail and with a strong degree of urgency, adapt to a constantly changing business environment, be a team player.
