Responsibilities: Processing 150-200 Accounts Payable Trade - invoices daily as assigned by the Team lead. Initial research related to - invoice for posting. Create debit memos related to invoices. Code unresolved discrepancies. Route invoices not posted by timeframe defined in the process and procedures to the Vendor Reconciliation Specialist queues. Ensures invoices are posted - timely to meet vendors’ payment expectation, identify discrepancy and expedite resolution: which results in vendor satisfaction. Assist in the achievement of department/company goals and objectives. Requirements: Education: Formal education or training required such as degrees, courses of study, certification: AA degree or 2 years of University education required. BA/4 year degree preferred. Experience: Summarize the minimum kinds of knowledge, skills and abilities required to do this job: A. Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access and MS Visual Basic Basic Accounting skills Intermediate Data Entry and Math skills. B. Skill in: Detailed Oriented, excellent verbal and written communication Competent Problem Solving, Judgment and Research C. Ability to: Work in fast paced environment Meet Deadlines/Time Management Work with others/with other teams
