Testimonials:
Dr Ryan: The clinic itself is easily accessible, quite close to the motorway and ample parking outside. The clinic is very spacious, 4 good sized consult rooms, large prep area, nice surgery suite and plenty kennel space. They have all the equipment and facilities you would be expecting in a high standard small animal practice. There is a nice upstairs area for your lunch break to get away from activity of the clinic while you eat. The clinic has a nice working environment.
The team itself are excellent. From a vet point of view, Dr. Anna the head vet is very helpful and easy to work with. She is happy to accommodate my clinical interests any way she can, and promotes an ethos of best practice and further education. Dr. Warren is a wealth of knowledge and I find that I learn something from him nearly every day I work with him, especially his people skills and rapport with clients. I also love getting his insight into the industry and hearing stories from his years as a practice owner. Dr. Emily and Dr. Stephanie are competent young vets who are easy to work alongside, hard working and obligent whenever I need a second opinion or spare pair of hands.
Keri the practice manager does an excellent job of organizing the clinic. She is also easy to work alongside and has always listened to any suggestions or ideas that I had. I like her management style as she very much tries to work alongside the staff rather than to dictate down.
The nursing staff are all highly competent, capable of all nursing tasks and I could not fault any one of them. They're all good with animals and very kind - including one who gave me a lift to the train station before I got my car!
The clients as a whole are very friendly and the majority of them are willing to spend money to do any diagnostics or treatment necessary.
Overall I have very much enjoyed my time working in Ingleburn Veterinary hospital and would be happy to recommend it to any prospective employee.
