Description

Infoblox is seeking a Customer Support Representative (OFF ROLE) to join our Support Operations team in Trivandrum. Customer Support Representative at Infoblox helps to maintain high levels of satisfaction and engagement among our customers. In this role, you will engage with Infoblox customers and partners to ensure that their product-related queries (non-technical) are addressed on time. This involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and web, diagnosing/analyzing problems, and providing non-technical workarounds. This role reports to the Manager, Customer Support based out of Trivandrum.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a sense of urgency, professionalism, and execution that establishes a new level of the expected customer experience
  • Partner with different internal stakeholders to ensure Return Material Authorization is processed on time
  • Helps the Support Operations team to handle customer call volume
  • Use Salesforce or similar tools to document communication and build accurate customer health metrics and forecasting to maintain long-term account health and relationships
  • As a 24x7x365 organization, shifts, work on holidays and on-call responsibilities may be required

Requirements:

  • Overall 1+ year of work experience in Customer Support (US, UK or Australia), or other international customer-facing roles
  • Strong empathy for customers AND a passion for customer service
  • Strong communication skills and business aptitude
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational ability
  • Self-starter and a good team player with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast-growth environment
  • Should be ready to work in night shifts

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required
