We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Global Systems Integrator (GSI) team located in Bangalore or Delhi, reporting to the Partner Lead, Solutions Architect APJ. In this role, you will be responsible to drive go-to-market (GTM) development and outcomes with Infoblox strategic and impactful GSI partners. You will lead the design and implementation of advanced IT solutions, providing strategic architectural guidance, driving technical engagements, and ensuring the successful deployment of complex solutions in collaboration with GSIs. What you’ll do: 
  • Develop localized technical partner plans to align Infoblox’s global and regional partner priorities and enablement objectives
  • Collaborate with regional business managers, solutions architects, and account sales teams to drive partner awareness and enablement for joint solutions offerings, sales plays, and GTM campaigns requiring technical evangelism
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and align technologies with the GSI business model and GTM strategies, optimizing joint opportunities
  • Establish relationships with GSI technical teams supporting global operations, providing support to their COEs, solutions architects, presales, tender team and delivery organizations
  • Serve as a technical expert for GSIs by providing offering comprehensive guidance on network, cloud, and security architectures, while spearheading the design, validation and implementation of mission-critical systems tailored to meet specific customer needs across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environment
  • Drive successful customer outcomes by delivering best practices for the deployment and management of solutions
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities that impact GSIs and their customers
  • Deliver training session, technical workshop, and solutions demo to equip and empower GSI technical teams
  • Travel up to 40% may be required 
What you’ll bring: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture or channel presales, specializing in IT networking, security, and cloud technologies
  • At least 5 years of experience working with or supporting GSIs or leading technology partners with a strong understanding of the GSI ecosystem
  • Strong expertise and certifications in network architecture, security solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges
  • Demonstrate an engaged and positive attitude with strong prioritization skills in high-pressure environments
  • Capable of operating autonomously, aligning with business goals, and effectively steering technical discussions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to create innovative solutions to address customer value chain and business requirements 
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment and willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done 
What success looks like: 
After six months, you will… 
  • Possess extensive expertise in architectural principles and services critical for crafting technical strategies
  • Determine the optimal solutions to achieve customer objectives by leveraging detailed knowledge of Infoblox solutions to address the specific needs and resolve pressing issues
  • Exhibit confidence in delivering Proof of Concept (PoC), hosting webinars, and effectively articulating our value proposition
  • Foster strong and trusted relationships with our partners and customers
After about a year, you will… 
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical project stakeholders, ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Convert business requirements into technical terms and translate technical concepts into business language
  • Combine technical proficiency with strong leadership capabilities 
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, removing obstacles that could impede the successful delivery of the solutions
