We are looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Data Analytics based in EMEA to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations based in the U.S. In this role, you will run a team of analysts to deliver dashboards and insights to help our Sales teams make data driven decisions. What you’ll do:

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports used by Sales leadership to effectively run the business
  • Partner with the data lake team to define and implement data structures that support reporting requirements
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to “look ahead” vs just “looking in the rearview mirror” to help set Sales strategy
  • Dig into root causes and recommend solutions and actions based on evidence and supporting data
  • Leverage Tableau, Salesforce, and Clari to present data and findings
  • Support data needs for all teams within the Worldwide Field Organization
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure alignment of Sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning
  • Provide strategic guidance on sales trends, market dynamics, and growth opportunities

What you’ll bring:

  • 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sales operations, analytics, or a related field, with 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in support of strategic sales plans that have driven revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in excel, sales analytics tools such as CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar
  • Experience building data lakes (or data warehouses / data structures) that enable the analytical requirements of the business
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively 

What success looks like:

After six months, you will…

  • Have established globally consistent sales dashboard needs
  • Contributed to Sales strategy through analysis

After about a year, you will…

  • Have evolved the team into a proactive team looking ahead and basing recommendations on what’s coming
  • Be an established leader in the Revenue Operations team
