We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our Reporting & Analytics team in Bangalore, reporting to the manager of Business Operations Analytics. In this role, you will work with business owners and team leads to define KPIs and data points to be captured and prepare interactive dashboards required for key stakeholders. What you’ll do:     
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, gather business needs, and translate them into actionable insights and analytics solutions
  • Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Tableau to facilitate data-driven decision making across the organization
  • Develop strong partnerships with Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other functional organizations
  • Extract, transform, and analyze large and complex datasets from various sources, using advanced SQL skills and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of corporate reports, including Excel, SFDC, Tableau, etc. and other data intelligence essential to the overall organization
  • Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Identify issues and solutions to make the business flow better for cross-functional teams
  • Work on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
  • Support the end-of-quarter reporting, reconciliation of bookings, and revenue between Oracle Fusion and Salesforce.com, and generally support reporting to senior leaders
  • 5-7 years of experience in a reporting and analytics role
  • Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Tableau, or other reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Tableau, with hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards and reports
  • Superb SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses
  • Understanding of financial analytics principles, including financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS reporting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, curiosity, and interest in identifying and exploring areas for operational improvement
  • Experience analyzing and documenting business and technical use cases for data
  • Willingness and ability to work independently, think creatively, and pivot depending on changing priorities and deadlines 
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Python is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI tools, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Provide reporting and business analytics to support various departments
  • Be the point of contact for reports and dashboard enhancements for the group
  • Drive efforts for Tableau automation to reduce manual effort
After about a year, you will…     
  • Support various corporate-level initiatives by facilitating data-driven decision making
  • Independently manage various cross-functional projects and requirements from various cross functional teams
  • Use a data-driven approach to improve analytics
