We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager - SEA & Greater China to join our team. This position reports to the Regional Director of Field Marketing, APJ, and should ideally be based out of Singapore. In this role, you will develop and execute a regional marketing plan designed to generate leads and pipelines for the region to support its sales bookings targets. You will collaborate with the APJ leaders and in-country sales team to understand their target markets, key accounts, and pipeline coverage, so you can define and determine the optimal marketing plan that's aligned with sales priorities and targets.

The ideal candidate will bring a fresh approach to driving and nurturing leads, accelerating existing opportunities, with expertise in folding corporate initiatives into local campaigns. You should be a results-oriented thinker who is data-driven and has a strong understanding of the latest marketing tactics. In addition, you should have a successful track record of planning and executing marketing initiatives, backed by 5 years of experience in this industry. 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to establish marketing priorities aligned with both corporate objectives and local needs, resulting in a timely quarterly marketing investment plan
  • Determine pipeline forecasts based on a solid understanding of the contributions of various marketing tactics executed by both field and corporate teams. You need to own and understand your data - track, monitor, analyze, and report on marketing activities to understand the contribution to the pipeline and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment
  • Continually seek new and different tactics that are more effective to reach the target buyers, and improve user experience – in addition to the usual demand generation campaigns and field activities such as virtual, live, or hybrid events, pilot programs, digital marketing, executive programs, etc
  • Work with identified Focus Resellers to plan and execute end-user demand-generation activities in collaboration with channel sales, account managers, and channel marketing
  • Grow the database of targetable personas based on identified industries, accounts, job functions, job levels, and territory
  • Meticulous end-to-end management of all campaigns: data-driven conceptualization, budget management, successful execution & follow through via BDRs and/or resellers, tracking campaign outcome & analysis in SFDC and Tableau, and post-campaign report to stakeholders
  • Close collaboration with BDR to ensure all leads generated are assigned appropriately and receive timely follow-up
  • Partner with the sales teams and customer advocacy team to grow customer references and case studies
  • Provide regional support for the PR strategy that is developed by corporate and executed by local agencies
  • Constantly thinking about how to improve

 What you’ll bring

  • BA in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of technology marketing experience, ideally in enterprise security or networking, with deep expertise in demand-generation tactics
  • Proven success in developing and executing regional marketing plans that address various buying cycle stages and personas 
  • Strong social media skills to drive campaigns and awareness in SEA and GC
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders to drive successful cross-functional marketing campaigns involving Sales, Channel, BDR, Solution Architects, Professional Security Sales, Marketing Operations, Finance, and Procurement
  • Skilled at balancing and negotiating the needs of the region with the demands of corporate
  • Strong influencing and diplomacy skills—proven ability to get buy-in across a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience in collaborating with distributors and partners to amplify and scale the execution of marketing programs
  • Effective and impactful communication skills both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Experience working with PR agencies is a plus
  • Passionate & energetic, a good sense of fun, and a collaborative mindset to drive team success

After six months, you will…

  • Be aligned with the regional sales team on key priorities
  • Establish effective relationships with key partners - internal and external
  • Understand Infoblox marketing data flows and reporting
  • Formulate a strategic go-to-market marketing strategy

After about a year, you will…

  • Achieve business and personal objectives regarding demand generation, pipeline, and personal goals
  • Execute against your creative, strategic marketing plan for the region
  • Increase contribution to the business
