We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our APJ Professional Services team in Bangalore, reporting to the Director, Professional Services APJ. In this role, you will be responsible to drive customer adoption of our products by delivering installation services and offering technical leadership for Infoblox solutions. This entails close collaboration with customers, sales and support teams, professional services partners, and subcontractors. A key aspect of the role is empowering regional implementation partners to effectively configure, deploy, and implement Infoblox solutions. You will be tasked with achieving billable utilization targets and identifying opportunities to create added value for our customers.

What you’ll do:
- Understand customer business requirements and pain-points, and effectively translate them into actionable implementation projects
- Work closely with customers and fellow Infoblox professional services team members to swiftly address and resolve customer technical and business challenges using Infoblox products (NIOS, UniversalDDI, Infoblox Threat Defense)
- Create project technical documentation
- Perform upgrades/refreshes for customer environments
- Ensure the successfully completion of projects within the designated time frame and budget, while achieving project goals and maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 95 or higher
- Guide customers on Infoblox technology during project delivery
- Coach Infoblox Skilled to Secure partners on best practices for Infoblox implementation
- Build strong relationships, trust, and collaboration with the regional professional services, support, and sales teams
- Contribute to the professional services knowledge base
- Travel up to 20% may be required
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience working in professional services delivery and consulting, with a strong focus on networking and security networks
- Strong knowledge in network architecture, security solutions and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc is a plus
- Ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively present at both internal and external meetings
- A customer-centric mindset with the initiative to always do what is best for the customers
- Capable of operating autononomously, aligning with business goals, and effectively steering technical discussions
- Demonstrate an engaged and positive attitude with strong prioritization skills in high-pressure environment

- Work closely with Infoblox customers to implement our solutions
- Complete and attain significant progress in certification for Infoblox products
- Meet metrics for utilization and customer satisfaction
After about a year, you will…
- Be a primary technical resource for Infoblox products for implementation and consulting
- Contribute to the Professional Servcies knowledge base
- Be an expert implementing projects in the full lifecycle of Infoblox Standard Migration Methodology
