We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant – SaaS Solutions to join our Professional Services Center of Excellence (COE) team remotely in from anywhere in the U.S., reporting to the head of the Professional Services COE. In this global role, you will work accelerate customer adoption of our SaaS products by providing installation services and technical leadership for our SaaS products working closely with customers, account teams, support teams, and Professional Services partners and subcontractors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Configure and deploy Infoblox’s SaaS products
  • Collaborate in, or resolve customer escalations
  • When required, participate in pre-sales activities, such as POCs and technical calls
  • Develop and use utility scripts for personal and team use
  • Lead customer knowledge-transfer sessions
  • Participate in the creation of technical documentation
  • Provide ad hoc troubleshooting for customers
  • Perform upgrades/refreshes for customer environments
  • Perform cross-functional, project-based work as assigned
  • Mentor Professional Services associate consultants and consultants, including technical knowledge transfer
  • Work with Professional Services geo leaders and Professional Services COE program managers on strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Infoblox SaaS products

What You’ll Bring:

  • An excitement for building SaaS products’ services delivery platforms and partner networks
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BA or BS), or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in professional services delivery and consulting; Infoblox NIOS, and/or BloxOne application experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with both internal team members and customers
  • Ability to communicate with management on recommendations and procedures
  • Ability for up to 60% domestic and/or international travel

What Success Looks Like:

After six months, you will…

  • Regularly install B1TD and B1DDI for customers
  • Participate in Professional Services partner training for BloxOne products
  • Meet metrics for utilization and customer satisfaction
  • Complete / attain significant progress in certification for Infoblox DDI Professional

After about a year, you will…

  • Be a primary technical resource for Infoblox SaaS products for implementation and consulting
  • Be proficient in Python or similar utility scripting
  • Become experienced in Linux OS fundamentals
  • Develop expertise in DDI and/or Security track SaaS products
  • Be a subject matter expert for at least two SaaS products
  • Be a proficient product issues debugger
  • Be an expert in the full lifecycle of Infoblox Standard Migration Methodology
