Role Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Reengineering Specialist to join our team. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, creating training materials, and supporting business analysts and quality assurance professionals. The specialist will facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment in an Agile development environment using Azure DevOps.

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities): 

  • Gather and document clear, testable business requirements
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings with project stakeholders
  • Analyze current and future-state business processes to guide system functionality
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to business analysts and quality assurance professionals
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, and work tracking
  • Create content and reference materials for business and technical teams
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure understanding of project needs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and Agile methodologies
 
Required Skills and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • Five years of experience in business process analysis and documentation
    • Five years of experience in a business analyst or quality assurance role
    • Five years of experience with Azure DevOps, including creating epics and features
    • Strong understanding of business analyst, quality assurance, and developer roles
    • Experience creating as-is and to-be process documentation
    • Three years of experience with Agile project management methodologies
    • Three years of experience using tools like Figma and Visio

 

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

  •  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
