Infostretch is seeking a M&A Integration Manager to join the Corporate Development team. This individual will support smooth realization of acquisition thesis via due diligence, integration planning and post-close integration management activities. Key stakeholders include business sponsors, acquired leadership, and multiple cross-functional teams, such as HR, finance, Commercial & Ops. This role will report into VP- Integration and CEO’s Office.

Responsibilities are to:


Lead & support multiple acquisition diligence and integration work streams simultaneously

  • Translate the business rationale into organized diligence priorities and findings, integration work streams and related integration plans
  • Provide strategic and best practice insights to sponsoring business teams to help them navigate the M&A lifecycle
  • Define, track and communicate appropriate performance metrics to project teams and stakeholders
  • Clear thinking, inquisitive, structured, organized, sense of urgency, and self-motivated
  • Prepare appropriate documentation to close out projects and facilitate effective hand-offs
  • Tech Services experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication & writing skills
  • Expertise on Data Analysis, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working in a fast pace environment; resilient
