- Provide Over-the-Shoulder On-Site Support
- Attend Daily Meetings
- Report Key Issues/Trends/Resolutions from Offices
- Identify Trends
- Track Daily Interactions
- Hold Daily On-site Meetings with Staff
- Work and Communicate with Other Site Support Staff and Project
- Apply Critical Thinking to Problem Solve
- Advocate for the System
- Know Resources Availability
- Utilize Resources
- Travel Required
