Role Description:
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

- Understand project scope and collaborate with Business Analysts to meet project objectives
- Develop test cases and perform QA testing per the project schedule
- Conduct UAT training sessions and support UAT testing
- Identify and document software defects, and track them through resolution
- Participate in requirement and design meetings
- Prepare test data and validate QA environments
- Facilitate defect triage meetings
- Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, and product owners
- Provide analysis to support Go or No-Go decisions
- Ensure completion of all SEM documentation relevant to QA
Required Skills and Experience:- Three to five years of manual testing experience
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments
- Certification in Quality Assurance testing or 24 semester hours of IT coursework
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
Preferred Skills:- Experience using Azure DevOps

- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
