Job Description & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide reports
- Suggest potential automation opportunities within projects
- Provide training / guidance on tools and methodologies suggested
- Dashboards System – Develop, own, maintain and integrate new KPIs, reports, predictions, alerts etc. in Dashboard System
- Explore and leverage new technologies to transform/reengineer processes
- Co-ordinate with IT partners to get the automation solution developed / deployed as needed
- Develop model for publishing automated analytical reports / dashboards by leveraging Python, SQL, R, Power BI and other emerging data science / digital technologies.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
Qualification
- MBA-Finance or B.com or BE with 7-9 years’ experience
- Proficiency in Project Management
- 5 to 7 years practical knowledge with accounting processes
- Proficiency in VBA, MS Access, SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, Web Business App Development, Python, Selenium, Six sigma Self-Managed, Ability to prioritize and multi -task
Skills:
- Knowledge of quality tools and approaches, necessary to establish the process improvement culture
- Strong managerial courage to challenge test plans and results
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
