Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled  .NET Developer to join its team supporting multiple projects for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

  • Responsibilities:
    • Write clean, testable code using Microsoft .NET MVC, Entity Framework Core, JavaScript, JQuery, and Angular.
    • Develop RESTful Web Services and ensure robust architecture with design patterns like Singleton, Facade, and Adapter.
    • Create and maintain unit tests using frameworks like Jasmine and NUnit.
    • Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts.
    • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
    • Collaborate with teams to develop prototypes, mockups, and technical documentation.
    • Ensure secure website development by adhering to best practices for preventing vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, XSS).
    • Work on CI/CD pipelines and support development on Azure, IIS, and Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
    Required Skills:
    • .NET Development:
      • 9+ years of experience with ASP.NET 4.8 and .NET Core 3.1+ (6.0 preferred).
      • Strong proficiency in C# and Microsoft technologies.
    • Database Expertise:
      • 9+ years with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Entity Framework.
      • Advanced skills in writing complex SQL queries (Select/Insert/Update).
    • Web Services Development:
      • 9+ years of experience with SOAP/REST web services.
    • Agile Practices:
      • 7+ years of experience in Agile/SCRUM development environments.
    • Tools & Testing:
      • 7+ years with Azure DevOps, TFS, and GIT repositories.
      • 5+ years developing unit and regression tests.
    • Java Development:
      • 3+ years with Java 1.8+ and Spring Framework.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of Azure services.
    • Familiarity with design patterns and Kubernetes/OpenShift containers.
     

 

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

  •  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
