We are currently looking to hire an Account Executive to join our UK team and support one of our largest clients, a globally renowned and recognized financial investment bank. In this role you will be responsible for:

Account Health and Growth 

  • Effectively coordinating the day-to-day operations of the account 
  • Creating and managing all client contracts and their respective budgets
  • Owning the invoicing process end to end
  • Managing timesheets/leaves and expenses
  • Owning multiple reporting systems and tools
People Management
  • Building and maintaining strategic and long-term relationships with resources across several projects and team 
  • Recruitment, fulfilment, and candidate management
  • Employee onboarding, background checks and offboarding
  • Employee engagement initiatives, feedback, and performance management
  • Collaboration with our global teams 

Client Relationship Management 

  • Effective management and prioritization of multiple opportunities 
  • Serve as a trusted partner for our clients on the account
  • Active and continuous business development  

You will have: 

  • Experience in stakeholder management 
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Drive to learn
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional time management skills
