We’re in an exciting phase of growth here at Apexon UK.  We are now looking to hire Business Development Managers to help us on our journey of becoming a £75m business: 

The role: 

  • Create a pipeline of high-value new business accounts - develop and implement strategies for expanding the customer bases 
  • Understand client’s requirements, grasp and present the vision, technical solutions and value propositions 
  • Manage personal sales forecast 
  • Identify Marketing and PR opportunities and attend events / trade shows o represent the business 
  • Keep abreast of latest trends & technologies, industry best practices & standards 
  • Ensure sales reports and other MI is provided to the senior team 

Your profile: 

  • Highly motivated with a desire to win new business 
  • A solid track record in consultative IT solution selling 
  • Able to proactively manage multiple priorities 
  • Proven ability to develop and manage sales opportunities through complete sales cycle 
  • Excellent executive-level presentation and listening skills 
  • Clear track record of putting together winning proposals 
  • Work to tight deadlines 
  • Ability to engage with enterprise clients and create relations with C-level executives
