Role Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 4 to support project and work request needs. This role involves working with IT solutions, public sector projects, and key stakeholders to drive strategy, requirements gathering, and process improvements.

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities): 

  • Facilitate requirements elicitation meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
  • Conduct gap fit analysis and refine requirements for in-progress projects.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehousing.
  • Support the development of RFPs, statement of work, and compliance requirements.
  • Work with IT teams to implement public-facing IT solutions in line with business strategies.
  • Support business process reengineering and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Participate in Agile project teams, managing and developing user stories.
  • Assist in compliance with state and federal regulations governing IT programs.
  • Use Azure DevOps, VISIO, and Microsoft Office products for documentation and collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
    • 12+ years of Business Analyst experience.
    • 7+ years conducting business process review and requirements documentation.
    • 5+ years developing and managing user stories in Agile environments.
    • 2+ years working directly with senior management on strategy, roadmaps, and stakeholder consensus.
    • 2+ years supporting development or compliance of statements of work (SOW) or work agreements.
    • 2+ years working on public-facing IT solution projects.
    • 1+ year working on IT infrastructure projects.
    • 1+ year working with programs governed by state or federal regulations. 

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

  •  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
