Social Media Content & Partnerships Specialist
Are you skilled in creating impactful content that builds brand engagement across social media platforms? INDOCHINO is looking for a passionate Social Media Content & Partnerships Specialist to join our team and focus on creating, curating, and publishing content while working closely with cross-functional teams and partners. You will play a key role in crafting how INDOCHINO presents itself across social channels and through partnerships, driving brand growth and engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Content Creation:
- Create and publish engaging content (video, images, and text) for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms in line with INDOCHINO’s brand voice.
- Collaborate with the creative, growth, and customer experience teams to produce content that resonates with our customer base.
- Work with influencers and partners to amplify our social presence, ensuring a consistent and authentic brand narrative.
- Develop and manage INDOCHINO’s content calendar in conjunction with the brand and promo calendars
- Analyze social media performance metrics, reporting insights, and recommending optimizations for increased engagement and reach.
- Work with cross-functional teams to activate marketing campaigns and promotions across all channels
- Partner closely with the customer experience team to escalate and address customer concerns on social platforms.
Partnership Collaboration:
- Support the partnership team by creating and managing content for collaborations with influencers, sports figures, and corporate partners.
- Act as a liaison between the Partnership and Growth teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful execution of integrated campaigns
Retail Channel Support
- Work with the retail team on creating content for retail window displays and executing campaigns across INDOCHINO’s 93 North American locations.
- Collaborate with mall and retail partners to plan and execute promotional ads and campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends.
- Proven ability to create visually appealing content in collaboration with creative teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with influencers and supporting partnership content.
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- A keen interest in fashion and style with an eye for design.

- Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 a year
