DevOps Engineer

R&D / Engineering Prague, Czechia

Description

Your mission is to help us become antifragile and to scale up. That is to improve our product availability, reduce reaction time to production incidents, and enable the product to serve few orders of magnitude larger traffic.

No matter if you’re junior or senior, we all do the same. Your daily driver is to ensure that our AWS hosted global SaaS platform (deployed in 400+ AWS EC2 instances) runs smoothly whether it’s a traffic spike on a busy Monday or a lazy Sunday. You will help us to progress in automation, stability, and scalability. You will participate in architecture design, trying new technologies, and improving the deployment pipeline. Once a time, you will hold an on-call duty. It’s OK if you don’t know all technologies as long as you’re willing to learn.

Your team values self-organization over management and bureaucracy. The daily language is Czech, but you need to able to switch to English anytime.
