The Senior Product Manager’s overall objective is to create Billing as a Product that improves accuracy, instills trust and enhances the customer experience. As such, you will be responsible for reviewing software and telco data feeds and current applications and processes to identify opportunities and define requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, to align on priorities and to execute the roadmap.
In your role, you will be the expert on the Billing product both within the company and with outside stakeholders. You will interact with vendors, engineering, operations, management, training, sales, marketing, prospects, partners and customers to guide new product development efforts. You will also be responsible for creating the concepts, requirements, product marketing materials, and a variety of analyses for new products and product improvements.
• Product Manager will create, analyze, and propose pricing structures.
