Human Resources Coordinator

Assists with, and facilitates, the HR processes at Inari. Provides administrative support for the Human Resources function, including the areas of onboarding, employee records, hiring process, employee relations, and other programs.


  • Prepare HR packets for new hires.
  • Assist new employees with HR forms completion.
  • Set up and maintain personnel files for new hires.
  • Participate in new hire orientation and other onboarding activities.
  • Enter new hire data into payroll, benefit and 401k websites.
  • Track incoming new hire documents for completion and/or missing documents.
  • Answer employee requests and questions.
  • Assist with credentialing process for Sales new hires, including background
  • checks, document preparation, etc.
  • Participate in organizing employee events, such as lunches, quarterly welcome meetings, holiday events, health fair, and gift card program.
  • Assist with completing employment verifications, unemployment claims.
  • Track and coordinate training meetings and sessions.
  • Assist with preparation and tracking of the performance review process.
  • Complete and verify I-9 documents.
  • Assist with job description creation and updates.
  • Work on other Human Resources projects as needed
  • High school diploma; some college preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years Human Resources or related experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills; able to communicate with tact and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
