Recruiting Specialist

Essential Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities in the recruiting lifecycle, including create job postings, schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers, shepherd on-site interviews/monitor Zoom participation
  • Maximize candidate experience by ensuring a positive brand interaction for all candidates through communication tools and processes
  • Update candidate status in ATS
  • Create/route offer letters for selected candidates
  • Maintain and edit job postings on career site
  • Post jobs on career boards
  • Assist with projects such as internships, university recruiting, etc.
  • Manage employee referral program
  • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates
  • Assist with employee onboarding activities, as needed.
  • Assist with credentialing activities, as needed.
  • Participate in HRIS implementation.
  • Bachelors’ degree
  • 1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated by supporting others and providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism.
  • Able to handle extremely sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
