Description

Will play a pivotal role in developing, advocating, and enabling tools and methodologies to drive Inari's production operational excellence. This includes applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Project management, and other improvement techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead Lean transformation projects: 
    • a) Support/Lead multiyear process transformation improvement strategy
    • b) Collaborate on design and execution of transformation improvement strategy roadmap. 
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current and new manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement process and process flow improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, while maintaining or improving product quality.
  • Utilize lean methodologies and data-driven approaches to drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate on planning and executing Lean Sigma training programs.
  • Mentor/Lead Kaizen or problem-solving activities to drive sustainable results across Manufacturing Operations.
  • Collaborate and deploy visual management systems across manufacturing lines and supporting functions linked to management system.
  • Collaborate on strategy deployment and execution.
  • Support New Product Introduction and/or Legacy product Ramp-Up plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to simplify processes, eliminate waste, and optimize operations. Support the design of new or existing equipment to meet capacity needs.
  •  Assist with Product/Process Intra-Company Transfers. Apply best manufacturing practices and systems to facilitate successful transfers.
  • Responsible for continuous analysis for people and equipment capacity for production lines of responsibility.
  • Contribute to infrastructure configuration to ensure optimal efficiencies.
  • Perform Other duties as assigned.

Qualification

  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent as well as draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate concepts, ideas, and knowledge effectively and clearly to other individuals and teams both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to see ideal state of processes and scale back to propose right countermeasures as needed.
  • Fully Bilingual both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and learn quality improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma or equivalent related experience.
  • 7 years’ relevant experience required.
  • Experience working with ISO requirements, FDA regulations, medical device design control, and manufacturing scale-up processes.
