Essential Responsibilities

  • Ensures the accuracy of all benefit enrollments in ADP and the HRIS to provide carriers with accurate information.
  • Assists employees regarding benefit questions and plan changes.
  • Assists with leave of absence requests and administration.
  • Assists with open enrollment process.
  • Participates in organizing and conducting New Hire Orientation.
  • Distributes new hire and benefit enrollment material.
  • Assists with wellness program administration.
  • Assists with Workers’ Compensation related activities.
  • Assists with processing terminations, as needed.
  • Supports HR department as needed on additional projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
  • Two years experience in Human Resources and/or benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, HR best practices, and current regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to handle extremely sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
