Description

This position is responsible for maintaining all inventory materials and overseeing shipment of finished goods to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all stock locations to ensure adequate identification and organization exists.
  • Oversee receiving and transactions associated with movement of material (receipt, transfer, issue) for Raw Materials, Sub-Assemblies, and FG’s into the company’s ERP system (NetSuite, RF-SMART).
  • Performs inventory transactions using the company’s ERP system, including but not limited to, receiving, picking, shipping and adjustments of raw materials, subassemblies and finished goods.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing of all shifts, approving time cards and time-off request.
  • Oversees cycle count of materials in stock and compares/records them vs. ERP system, investigates, reports reasons for discrepancies and approve cycle count adjustments.
  • Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type and value of materials in stock.
  • Coordinate all shipping activities using FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
  • Preform international shipping requirement (Commercial Invoices, EEI (AES) Harmonized code and Schedule B classifications.
  • Monitors and maintains appropriate inventory levels of all cleanroom supplies and warehouse supplies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 5 years in a warehouse leadership role preferably within medical device industry.
  • Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite/Rfsmart.
  • Experience in international shipping requirement (Commercial Invoices, EEI (AES) Harmonized code and Schedule B classifications.
  • Good interpersonal skills and adaptive to a diverse workforce.
  • Good communication, written, organizational skills, and customer-service oriented.
  • High flexibility to constantly changing company priorities
  • Able to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies.
