Sr. Commercial Operations Analyst, LimFlow Business Unit

Description

The Sr. Commercial Operations Analyst works independently and supports the LimFlow Business Unit in the development of sales reports, revenue forecasts, demand plans, and other critical analyses to track Business Unit performance and inform decision making.

Responsibilities 

  • Solve complex challenges by providing insights to BU sales leadership
  • Develop revenue forecast models and execute monthly global demand planning processes.
  • Communicate commercial results and business impacts of key initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments and leaders to improve forecasts and automate timely insights.
  • Assist with territory planning, optimization, and quarterly quota setting sales processes.
  • Develop and build recurring reports and dashboards to inform decisions in the growth of the business
  • Produce ad-hoc reporting and support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing efficient resolution of issues and value-add insights.
  • Develop validation processes to ensure accuracy across various system platforms and reporting.
  • Maintain a high level of customer support-responsiveness and timeliness.
  • Influence critical thinking while driving major change initiatives, asking tough questions, and looking for answers in the right places.
  • Act with a compliance mindset and comply with all laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Support sales leadership in implementing programs and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. 
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with financial forecasting / FP&A, demand planning, supply chain management, sales operations, or relevant field; required.
  • Strong analytical abilities to understand, digest, and succinctly summarize complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/365 and other data analysis tools, VBA/SQL/Python/Compensation software skills are a plus.
  • Solid business acumen to put analytics in the appropriate context while identifying key metrics that measure and drive long term growth.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple requests.
  • Work with a high degree of accuracy, under pressure, and with frequent interruptions.
  • Proven presentation skills and executive presence to speak at all levels within the organization.
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational, teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced/expert level Excel skills with ability to create and automate dynamic models; required.

Preferred 

  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare industries; preferred. 
Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
