Clinical Specialist
Description
The Clinical Specialist will play a pivotal role in providing expert support for clinical cases, elevating awareness of VTE, and spearheading market development initiatives to foster the adoption of our cutting-edge devices. In this role, you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, contribute to comprehensive training programs, and offer valuable clinical insights to ensure the successful integration and utilization of our innovative products.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on and remote clinical support during procedures, ensuring the seamless
utilization of Inari Medical's devices. - Proactively troubleshoot and swiftly resolve clinical challenges to ensure optimal patient
outcomes. - Develop and conduct engaging and informative training sessions for healthcare
professionals, deepening their understanding of VTE and the advanced applications of our
devices. - Contribute to the creation and enhancement of educational programs and materials
- Systematically gather feedback from healthcare professionals to gain valuable insights
into the real-world performance of Inari Medical's devices. - Act as a conduit between the clinical field and internal teams, providing input for
continuous improvement and innovation. - Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with key healthcare professionals
and institutions. - Serve as a responsive liaison, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a high level of
customer satisfaction. - Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand market presence, driving the
acquisition of new users. - Identify and engage key opinion leaders and early adopters to influence and facilitate
product adoption. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging advancements in
the field of VTE. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and
implementation of robust market awareness strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in medical device sales or Clinical Specialist roles, with a preference
in experience supporting clinical cases and on-call responsiveness for urgent issues. - In-depth knowledge of venous thromboembolism (VTE) and interventional procedures,
particularly within interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, vascular surgery, and
neurovascular medicine. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work
effectively in both independent and collaborative environments. - Ability to commute within Puerto Rico (~80%)
