The Senior Media Manager will bring a wealth of agency or client-side experience, and are comfortable managing day-to-day implementation strategies, campaigns, and full-service enterprise social media and integrated digital programs for global pharmaceutical brands. 

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Lead the planning and oversee the execution of digital marketing plans across a variety of media platforms 
  • Demonstrates the ability to understand projection modeling and provide results based on ROI
  • Build collaborative relationships and manage multiple accounts and clients with different needs and goals
  • Work with the Analytics team to bring measurement strategies to life through reporting and analytics
  • Assist in targeting strategies and developing remarketing ecosystems
  • Work with strategy, editorial, and creative teams to bring campaigns and annual plans to life
  • Ability to optimize campaigns in real time to improve performance as well as learn and adapt for future campaigns
  • Knowledge of platform best practices and a willingness to always strive to meet them
  • Oversee media tracking and work with the finance team reconcile spends
  • Assist in the management of third party vendors to ensure programs run flawlessly 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of social marketing and digital marketing experience, healthcare industry highly preferred
  • A love for innovation and a drive to test what is new to help clients reach their business goals
  • Analytical skills for leading the development of research methodologies to inform multi-channel strategic planning activities
  • Experience with social and digital content ideation and development, paid social activation, influencer campaign management, and multi-channel ecosystem digital planning
  • Understand the digital ecosystem and the role of social and digital activation for healthcare brands
  • Effectively apply knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs
  • A keen eye for detail and an aptitude for storytelling through the use of data and insights
  • FACEBOOK and Google Certified not required but preferred
