imre is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide ongoing administrative support to our Partners. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal individual will have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Prepare agendas, presentations and reports as needed
  • Take notes during meetings and conference calls
  • Work closely with the Partners to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Provide sophisticated calendar management to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
  • Assist with keeping projects on track
  • Book travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries
  • Evaluate and assist in developing policies and procedures for their improved workflow and anticipate future needs as our organization grows
  • Assist in completing expense reports
  • Provide support with a variety of special projects and events as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:  

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens
  • Exercise professional discretion
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners
  • Highly resourceful team-player with ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Mac and Microsoft Outlook
