imre is a fast growing and exciting independent agency, partnering with some of the world’s top brands, and we’re looking to add a powerhouse Research Insights Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team.

In this role, you will be responsible for fueling our strategists and activation team members with insight to drive brand and marketing planning for some of the biggest and most successful pharmaceutical brands in the world.

A successful Research Insights Manager has a range of client service experience within an agency, including health and pharma, and an understanding of business and brand. This person will serve as a trusted counsel and collaborator to imre’s internal teams and clients, with a high level of knowledge and professional experience providing guidance for and project managing a broad range of research types, methodologies and tools.

This position requires candidates to take a lot of initiative and apply an entrepreneurial spirit as our agency continues to grow at a fast clip.

  • Using insight resources and tools to mine for insights that will guide human-centric brand strategy and marketing activation plan development
    • Ability to quickly identify exploration/approach to various resources available to meet needs
    • Ability to work with Strategists to guide question development and utilize toolbox
    • Analysis experience and ability to guide and direct analysts (i.e., MRI-Simmons; quick data-mining, manipulation, and analysis skills; ability to learn quickly from others)
    • Ability to synthesize, summarize and share facts /findings from research studies and to identify potential Insights based on them
  • Overseeing custom research
    • Understands Brand or Business problem/opportunity and goals to suggest & design research approach, draft questionnaire and develop a data/analysis plan
    • Determine complexity of research and select appropriate vendor
    • Project Manager skills - Bid project and manage external panel or Custom resources, monitor programming and data layout; direct data analysis and summarization
    • Ability to develop Brand/Business Implications and Insights from research findings
  • Innovation and exploration of new methodologies to mine insights at the speed at which we do business, in support of our clients and pitching new business


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 6+ years of research/insights project management experience
  • Some resources analysis experience (i.e. MRI-Simmons, Kantar, Mintel, Sysomos, GLG, SUZY, Alchmer, Datamonitor Healthcare, SERMO etc.)
  • Quick Data-Mining and manipulation skills and ability to guide Analyst on Core tools
  • Ability to synthesize, summarize and share fact/findings from research studies and to identify potential insights
  • Work well in teams and independently
  • Good listener: trained qualitative Moderator
