We are one of the fastest growing and most exciting agencies working in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing today, and we’re looking to add an Account Director (AD) to our team of experts.

Reporting to one of our VP’s, the Account Director will serve as the day-to-day senior counselor for a cutting-edge pharmaceutical program. This position requires someone with a wealth of agency and industry experience, mastery of the digital and social landscape and a passion for improving the way brands interact with consumers. Pharmaceutical marketing experience, as well as a workable knowledge of FDA regulations and MLR processes, procedures and best practices is critical. Agency experience is preferred.  


  • Building, maintaining and growing strong client relationships
  • Providing overall leadership for account teams in planning, recommending and implementing proactive communication initiatives
  • Partnering in the development of novel and highly impactful brand strategies
  • Planning and developing programs and services which are consistent with the client’s mission and brand strategy
  • Operationalizing new and untested approaches for engaging audiences on and offline
  • Planning, developing and defending budget recommendations and program strategies
  • Accountability for fiscal management of client budgets and achieving objectives while operating within budget
  • Driving new business development and account growth


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or English
  • 10-12 years of experience with agency experience 
  • Prior agency experience working with PHARMACEUTICAL industry 
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills, knowledge of 
    marketing and communications programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to direct integrated teams of specialists 
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Ability to guide client relationships and propose marketing and communications solutions
  • Team leader who encourages collaboration and ideation among team members as well as an aggressive and fearless marketer, that is willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to deliver the highest quality work on behalf of their clients
