We’ve had almost a decade of explosive revenue growth, disruptive marketing services innovation, and team expansion in the life sciences industries, and we’re seeking a leader who can catalyze our momentum to help us achieve our thoughtful yet aggressive growth objectives. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for the P&L of imre Health, a division of imre, and will be expected to map to financial, organic growth, and service expansion goals
  • Reporting to the Partner & President of Client Experience, you will help oversee a team of account service and medical and regulatory professionals across our four offices
  • While the EVP will be exposed to client work and networking as needed, it is not a focus of the role. Instead, the EVP’s underlying focus is to set the agency-wide vision for imre Health, with day-to-day responsibilities that help achieve that vision:
    • Collecting and mobilizing the agency around market intelligence
    • Working with our SVP of new business to develop and execute against a new business strategy informed by the business intelligence
    • Driving organic growth across our House of Brand clients
    • Deepening our medical strategy and regulatory affairs capabilities;
    • Partnering with our innovators team to identity and scale new services
    • Evaluating acquisition opportunities; and resource planning 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA highly desirable
  • The ideal candidate will be a business-minded life sciences expert, and will have spent much of their career in a marketing capacity within a pharmaceutical or biotech firm
  • Additional experience working in the industry in a non-commercial marketing capacity is especially desirable
  • Some agency leadership experience preferred
