imre is an integrated marketing agency specializing in advertising, digital marketing, social media and public relations. imre is looking for a passionate, organized, detail oriented and hard-working Human Resources Coordinator. As a member of a small, tight knit team, this position will have opportunities to work with the Human Resources Department as well as the Administrative Department

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

  • Schedule interviews and initiate background checks
  • Assist with New Hire Orientations and Onboarding
  • Scan and file HR documents
  • Manage I-9’s to ensure that all documents are up to date.
  • Assist in the planning of onsite and offsite events
  • Perform various administrative duties as required
  • Assist in keeping the office organized
  • Assist in ordering office and kitchen supplies

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 1+ year of professional work experience in an Human Resources Department
  • Work requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong work-ethic and service mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professionally handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail Oriented and strong analytical abilities 
  • Composing, proofing, filing, entering data into MAC-based computer network, maintaining records, following up on details and meeting deadlines
