An imre Health Senior Art Director has the ability to look beyond the immediate needs and support the larger account. They have killer hands-on design skills mixed with an ability to make proactive decisions and push their teams to deliver amazing work for our healthcare clients. They must help shape the future of our imre health creative execution and apply their excellence across the business practice area. They must develop original creative concepts and approaches and manage client’s projects all the way through execution. Senior Art Directors must work seamlessly across disciplines to deliver the best work possible and contribute to the development of digital media and best-in-class content. They will captain accounts and drive the collaborative efforts of our creative, digital and social teams to orchestrate awesome original ideas that get big results.

  • Produce creative and strategic solutions with a fresh perspective
  • A center of excellence for healthcare marketing, helping build and enforce processes that allow us to deliver best-in-class creative efficiently and effectively
  • Confidently juggle several projects at the same time
  • Lead creative output for assigned clients, being responsible for quality of work, clear art direction and managing hours and expectations
  • A strong working knowledge of design, social and digital marketing and brand development in the healthcare space
  • An ability to present imre health’s creative POV to clients
  • Play an active role in new business acquisition and organic growth
  • A desire to lead us forward with innovative ideas that set us apart when it comes to creative healthcare marketing
  • Ability to prioritize work and resources across projects based on short and long-term needs for the imre health creative team
  • Becoming an expert on applying our empathetic approach to healthcare marketing and mentoring team members to adopt that methodology


  • Bachelor’s degree Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in art direction
  • Strong attention to detail and version control
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Acrobat, Premiere, After-Effects
  • Strong typography skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to articulate project feasibility to account management and clients
  • Self-starter with an understanding of the unique challenges surrounding healthcare industry
  • The ability to create, articulate and document great consumer/patient/user-centered on and off line experiences
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and experience
