We are one of the fastest growing and most exciting agencies working in pharmaceutical marketing today, and we’re looking to add a SVP to our Experience team. 

Reporting into the EVP of Experience, this person will help champion a progressive and innovative approach to what’s possible with digital experiences and the impactful experiences brands should aspire to provide for patients, prescribers, and providers in a digital world. This individual will help to break new ground towards understanding the patient and HCP experience ecosystems and leveraging data and technology to drive impact. 

As a critical leader on our Experience team, the position requires taking initiative and applying an entrepreneurial spirit as our practice continues to grow and evolve. This leader will be a key architect of how we continue to hone our approach to omnichannel, experience and engagement strategy, go-to-market planning, and future leaning digital solutions.


PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

  • Experience and Omnichannel Strategy 
    • Drive innovative digital experience planning and execution across omnichannel and multichannel programs in partnership with a cross-functional team inclusive of Creative, Data, Strategy, Media, and Client Experience leaders 
    • Provide Experience leadership and guidance across priority brands and clients across multiple health portfolios
    • Deliver next generation digital solutions that pair relevant technology with an understanding of cultural trends and audience behaviors
    • Advance the Experience practice through contributions to capability and solutions development and R&D efforts in partnership with the EVP, Experience 
    • Mine new methodologies for optimizing Experience team workflows and deliverables with a focus on efficiency and a culture of  innovation 
    • Partner with Data team leadership to develop frameworks for ensuring the experiences we create are not only human-centric but hyper-focused on driving both digital and business impact 
  • New Business
    • Growing internal and external demand for experience strategy and omnichannel activation programs
    • Directing ongoing experience capability initiatives, while remaining focused on medium and long-term planning and growth opportunities
    • Bring innovative ideas and passionate storytelling to new business pitches 
  • Leadership
    • Mobilizing support for the Experience practice within the agency and in front of clients, fostering confidence and enthusiasm for Experience offerings
    • Directing the implementation of Experience planning, providing strong strategic leadership throughout the work process lifecycle, both internally and externally
    • Operational team leadership, owning Experience team resource and partner management in collaboration with operations team
    • Mentoring others to understand and enhance the application of Experience and omnichannel 
    • Troubleshooting and problem solving in collaboration with senior cross functional team leaders around client and team challenges, seeking continued improvement 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated passion for digital innovation and forward leaning digital marketing, omnichannel, media, and/or social marketing  
  • Healthcare patient and HCP marketing experience is strongly preferred 
  • A strong command of omnichannel and digital marketing tools and technologies (i.e. Adobe Experience Cloud)
  • Highly motivated, with strong strategic leadership skills
  • The ability to engage, inspire and make complex and technical subjects understandable
  • Exceptional written and oral communication as well as presentation abilities
  • Flexible to work over a number of projects and balance workload
