Account Manager (Pharmaceutical Advertising)

imre Health Account Managers are experienced brand strategists and client relationship owners who can blend creative and analytical thinking to harness and lead the agency to deliver innovative work that helps our clients achieve their business objectives. They are dynamic and collaborative individuals who have a high level of professional knowledge and skill in leveraging insights to build and manage social media/digital marketing communications campaigns in the highly regulated healthcare space. The ideal candidate must be savvy in digital and social media strategies, tactics, and evaluation techniques. You should have expertise in managing a cross-functional team through multiple projects with a high degree of confidence, independence, and sound judgment. We need someone with attention to detail, exceptional written and oral communications skills, strong project management expertise, and the ability to think critically to formulate (and execute) sound strategies that are rooted in client objectives and audience demand. 

What we’re looking for

  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills, knowledge of marketing techniques, and typical agency procedures in order to coordinate effective campaigns and programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a variety of internal and external audiences
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving, and conceptual skills to recommend approaches and methods
  • A team leader who encourages collaboration and ideation among team members as well as an aggressive and fearless marketer 
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint presentation development and Excel, are required
  • 7-8 years of experience with agency experience is preferred; pharmaceutical marketing experience is optimal
