The Opportunity:

As a product manager, you will guide a team that is charged with a product’s contribution to our business, building new products, and increasing the profitability of existing. In addition, you will help develop new ideas based on input from customers and prospects.

You should be prepared to make decisions with imperfect information, know how to lead without authority, and be comfortable managing chaos, ambiguity, and complexity. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must also enjoy spending time in the market to understand market problems, and finding innovative solutions for the broader market.

Communication skills are key to success in this role. You must be prepared to communicate with all areas of the company.

You are a strategist who will translate the company’s high-level vision and goals into actionable tasks. You will set product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with your design and engineering teammates.

  • Act as the "mini CEO" of the product
  • Bring in the market requirements and prioritize them
  • Articulate the vision of the product to all stakeholders and communicate effectively 
  • Develop and execute the product short and long term roadmap
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept ideation to product sunset
  • Perform data-driven business analysis with subject matter experts and customers
  • Know why we are winning and losing in the market, and drive changes to our product and processes to create improvement
  • Collaborate with other product managers and product marketing on the creation of positioning for your    products
  • Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
  • Oversight on the execution of technology projects including the timeline, scope and resources.
  • Launch new products and features and iterate quickly.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, and other functional teams.
  • Develop innovative solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.



  • 5 years of enterprise products product management experience (e.g., creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams).
  • Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Experience in leading products in the cyber-security space.
  • Experience and knowledgeable in modern architecture and cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with and understanding the needs of customers or clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to interact at all levels and be effective as part of a broader team.
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team through influence, and to engage with senior leadership
  • Ability to manage expectations and handle high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
  • Proven analytical skills decision-making ability based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Comfort with working remotely, with a geographically distributed team
  • Travel of about 1-2 weeks each quarter
