Join our dynamic team as a Belfast Workplace Manager  at Thales Imperva's core site in Belfast, Northern Ireland. As an integral part of our Workplace Team, operating under the umbrella of Imperva, a Thales Company, you'll help spearhead the delivery of a positive employee workplace experience, creating a culture of excellence and acting as a cultural ambassador for our organization. This highly visible role demands passion, self-motivation, and proactive problem-solving abilities. We're seeking individuals with 3-5 years of workplace experience, operations, or corporate facilities background, ready to take on the challenge of enhancing our workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
1.       Site Management:
·         Serve as the primary contact for employees and service vendors regarding facilities issues.
·         Oversee building FM requests and collaborate with property management teams.
·         Continually review and audit service standards and procedures, including health and safety.
2.       Operational Excellence:
·         Maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with insurance and contractual requirements.
·         Handle procurement processes under the guidance of procurement policy and including POs, vendor setup, contracts, and payments.
·         Manage shipping and label services, overseeing receipt and delivery of packages in the mailroom.
·         Maintain office and pantry supplies, managing inventory and placing orders as needed.
3.       Employee Engagement & Events:
  • Support Site Leader and HR on “Plan and execute” engaging employee events, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and communication.
·         Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including desk coordination and ID creation.
·         Create a culture of excellence by fostering collaboration among employees.
·         Implement initiatives under the guidance of HR   to promote employee wellness and well-being, such as organizing wellness programs, ergonomic assessments, and mental health resources.
4.       Community Engagement:
·         Help Site Leader & HR on fostering a sense of community and belonging among employees through organizing team-building activities, social events, and volunteer opportunities.
·         Collaborate with local organizations and community partners to support corporate social responsibility initiatives and community outreach programs. This has to be inline with Thales CSR guidelines and policy
Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
·         3-5 years of professional experience in workplace experience, operations, or corporate facilities.
·         Knowledge and experience in the Corporate Real Estate industry.
·         Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, MS Office Suite.
·         Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·         Service-oriented personality with a proactive and flexible approach.
