Impact is seeking a Production Print Specialist for our Nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace! 

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Production Print Sales Team to help sell our complete print solutions. Our award winning design and implementation professionals integrate products from our software and hardware partners. Production Print Specialist will work within a territory to sell our solutions and work with other branch sales representatives to develop and maintain accounts.


Responsibilities 

The Production Print Specialist supports and assists Sales Representative in the field with specialized knowledge of all our production print solutions. The Specialist becomes an expert on software and hardware to engage in a team sales approach. They will participate in sales meetings, present and demonstrate solutions for prospects and follow up on leads. Specialists will also assess and analyze the client/prospect environment, from initial contact to final implementation of solution, including hardware, software and finishing.

General Responsibilities:

- Own the Production Print sales pipeline and associated quota assigned to respective branches.
- Assist in managing accounts and design appropriate solutions based on clients' needs.
- Coordinate projects effectively.
- Conduct solutions and technology demonstrations.
- Present the Impact value proposition to decision makers.
- Assist in proposal development based on assessment, recommendations, and pricing.
- Be accountable for driving business activity and results – delivering the world class experience.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead periodic training sessions with branch sales teams to further their professional development and bolster their ability to find qualified leads for Production Print.


Things We are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Production and Digital Print Specialist with a self-starter attitude, excellent communication skills, positive energy and competitive drive to be the best. The ideal candidate is also passionate, resourceful, and highly dependable and embraces technology innovation.
 

Desired Skills:

- 2-5 years capital equipment outside sales experience
- Experience successfully selling into mid-sized accounts, data centers, in-plants and commercial printing companies
- The ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of workflow environments
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives
- Ability to communicate with other internal departments
- Proven experience generating business with new accounts
- Proven ability to expand product/services opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Complete computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and graphics publishing software
- Ability to train users on software and equipment usage
- Ability to consult with department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives
- Experience with researching and evaluating new technologies
- Ability to negotiate contracts and coordinate implementation activities associated with hardware, software, support and training
