Marketing Coordinator Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related activities for a specific client of Impact Managed Marketing. This individual will work closely with various departments to coordinate marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, provide tradeshow assistance and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and assets for marketing materials.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors and agencies.
- Execute all content updates for client website
- Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years in marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
