Impact is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our award winning Best and Brightest Workplace!
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a supportive role on the digital marketing team with a focus on professional development and learning more about running digital marketing initiatives. This person will report to the Executive Director of Marketing Strategy and works closely with the digital, content, and marketing ops teams.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn about marketing and willing to put in the effort to gain an in-depth understanding of Impact’s service offerings and digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities
- Webinar Wizardry: Take the reins on webinar coordination, from brainstorming engaging topics to seamless execution alongside hosts.
- Multifaceted Support: Assist various channel owners across our digital marketing team. Your tasks may include scheduling social media posts, conducting monthly keyword research, and - drafting compelling ad campaigns.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our content marketing team by crafting captivating copy for internal pieces, blog updates, and website content.
- Operational Excellence: Support our marketing operations team with tasks related to HubSpot, including gated-content fulfillment and campaign tracking.
- Data Insights: Regularly pull and analyze data from various marketing channels to drive informed decision-making.
Skills Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years in a related role.
- Eager Learner: Passionate about diving into various aspects of digital marketing, including paid media, social media, SEO, email, and webinars.
- Tech Savvy: Interested in mastering tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and various ad platforms.
- Copywriting Pro: Demonstrate strong copywriting skills to captivate audiences across different channels.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with HTML and a keen eye for detail.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are a must.
- Problem Solver: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions.
