JOB SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become a subject matter expert in Non-QM programs, products, pricing and guidelines.
- Develop and grow relationships with licensed mortgage professionals.
- Solicit, grow and maintain a database of clients for weekly calls and email campaigns
- Execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing Wholesale Mortgage brokers onboard and deepening existing relationships
- Ability to guild brokers through the IMPAC loan process – submission to fund. Properly set expectations and manage clients to those expectations.
- Work as a liaison between brokers and fulfillment to guarantee a superior customer experience.
- Help with customer questions and overcome challenges within the loan process.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the mortgage industry
- 2 years of Sales and business development knowledge – preferably TPO/Wholesale lending
- Strong understanding of Non-QM loan products
- A stable work history and proven ability to manage a consistent client base
- Dedicated and hardworking in a team environment
- Excellent computer skills and past use of CRM for client management
- Entrepreneurial Spirit with the ability to work independently and meet goals and objectives
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to think independently and outside the box
- Provide feedback to improve – programs, pricing and process
- Self-Starter / Multi-Tasker
- Effective communicator both verbal and in written form
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
