This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional Wholesale/Non-Delegated Account Executive with a thorough understanding of Non-QM products to partner with Impac Mortgage, a recognized pioneer in Non-QM lending. In addition to our full suite of Non-QM products, IMPAC offers Agency, Jumbo and Government (VA) programs as tools to support your customer’s needs and set a new benchmark for your career!


  • Thoroughly understand all aspects of Impac’s technology tools, program guidelines, processes-flow, and support team
  • Onboard and train customers on most efficient ways to work with our technology and process flow and become a valued resource
  • Manage customer performance standards to achieve maximum productivity and profitability
  • Become a valued resource to your customers by fully understanding their business model and finding ways to help them become more successful
  • Identify, develop and maintain strong partnerships with top tier client base to increase market and wallet share
  • Exhibit professional verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external partners/customers
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and determination to achieve corporate and personal production goals and objectives
  • Participate in local industry organizations to maintain personal and professional brand visibility as well as cultivate new business relationships
  • Demonstrate the appropriate behaviors that align with the corporate culture and values within the organization.
  • Attend all sales trainings and meetings as requested by your National Sales Manager


  • 3+ Years of Mortgage Experience in the Non-QM, Agency, Jumbo, and Government (VA) with an emphasis on Non-QM
    • Recent Non-QM Experience preferred
  • Successful track record as a high producing Account Executive in Wholesale and/or Non Delegated Correspondent
  • Aptitude for Learning
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced and remote work environment
  • Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills


  • High School Diploma or GED required
