The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk plays a key role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely flow of materials throughout the facility. This position is responsible for receiving incoming products, preparing, and shipping outgoing orders, maintaining precise inventory levels, and pulling components for assemblies as needed. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliable execution of daily warehouse operations, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $17.18 and $20.00 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based, fully onsite position located in our office in Rock Rapids, Iowa.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Prepare outgoing shipments by weighing, wrapping, labeling, and staging materials according to client‑specific requirements while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive incoming trucks, assist with loading and unloading pallet and parcel shipments, and inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage.
- Verify incoming products against packing slips, document discrepancies, and communicate issues promptly.
- Accurately receive inventory using a mobile handheld device and store product efficiently within the warehouse to optimize warehouse space and maintain proper workflow.
- Safely operate and maintain daily-use equipment including forklifts, Flexi, pallet jacks (manual and electric), pallet stackers, cherry pickers and order pickers, heat‑shrink machines, pallet wrappers, cardboard bailer, ladders, utility carts, and scales.
- Sort incoming mail and packages and deliver them to the appropriate recipients.
- Replenish picking lines by transferring inventory from overflow storage locations.
- Pull components for assemblies by following work orders and using handheld scanning devices.
- Coordinate logistics for outgoing truck shipments, ensuring all recipient‑specific requirements are met.
- Clearly mark, barcode, and label stock to maintain accurate identification and traceability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and utilize the Warehouse Management System to track stock levels.
- Keep detailed records of required tracking information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members.
- Perform general warehouse duties and assist with operational tasks as assigned.
- Support facility and grounds projects as needed.
Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience with logistics background, including forklift experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate computer proficiency and basic math skills.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods of time while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand/work on feet for majority of workday.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to perform a wide variety of duties which may not fall strictly under your job description.
- Excellent attendance and dependability.
- Experience with modern warehousing practices and logistics.
