Position Information: This is a temporary, hourly, part-time position, reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $13.35 and $16.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be in our office in Rock Rapids, IA.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders utilizing mobile handheld devices and web-based applications adhering to individual requirements of multiple client specific needs across multiple inventory locations and types while maintaining a high standard for accuracy and proficiency.
- Accurately collate, assemble, label, and put away kits, while ensuring our products meet quality standards.
- Clearly and accurately mark, barcode, and label stock.
- Safely operate equipment used daily, including but not limited to, heat shrink machines, manual/electric pallets jacks, utility carts, and ladders of multiple heights.
- Keep accurate records of required tracking information.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with managers and teammates.
- Perform daily warehouse duties as assigned.
- Other duties as required.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods of time while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow directions and learn processes.
- Ability to stand/work on feet for majority of workday.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer proficiency and basic math skills.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
